Step 1: Intent parsing & spec generation

Heroku Vibes work starts with your natural language prompt. The AI analyzes your request to generate a detailed technical specification. 

For example, if you ask for a store, Heroku Vibes knows it needs a database; similarly, if you ask for a background processing application, it knows it requires a worker Dyno.

Step 2: Intelligent infrastructure provisioning

Heroku Vibes automatically provisions the Dynos required to host the web server, so the app can run without manually configuring infrastructure. It then provisions a Heroku Postgres database and binds the credentials to the application, eliminating the need for manual copying of API keys. 

Then it chooses an appropriate language, such as Node.js, Python, etc, and applies the matching Buildpack so the application can be built and deployed correctly. 

Step 3: Code generation and deployment pipeline

Once the infrastructure is ready, Heroku Vibes writes the code that creates a standard file structure (controller, view, model) and sends it to a private Git Repository hosted on Heroku. 

• It then triggers a standard Git Push deployment. 
• The app is built, compressed into Slug, and released to the live URL.

Step 4: The human refinement needs
