Job Summary

The candidate will be the one to ensure that the business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and implementing the right process to ensure smooth operations. As a successful Operations Executive, you should demonstrate advanced operational competency and excellent managerial skills.
The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various processes/policies at the organizational level so as to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company’s operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in operations management or supply chain management are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with different teams to develop operational strategies, goals, and objectives aligned with the organization’s overall vision.
- Streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations & laws applicable.
- Build relationships with vendors and suppliers, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the IT department to implement and maintain relevant software, hardware, and infrastructure.
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress.
- Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resource allocation.
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
- Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
- Continuously seek opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and cost reduction.
Key Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills being an Operations Executive to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of operational principles and best practices, including process mapping, lean methodologies, and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software to interpret operational data, track performance, and generate reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams toward operational excellence.
