Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee project execution, resource management, client engagement, and team productivity at Cyntexa. The ideal candidate will ensure successful delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle—from discovery to deployment—while fostering long-term client relationships and driving continuous improvement in processes and performance.
You will be expected to manage scope, budgets, risks, and resources, while aligning internal teams and maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).
- Proven experience in leading and delivering IT or SaaS projects.
- Certifications in project management methodologies (PMP, Scrum, Agile) are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create accurate project estimations, timelines, and budgets.
- Track progress and performance using project management tools (e.g., Zoho Projects, Jira, Confluence).
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects within defined scope.
- Manage client relationships, handle feedback/escalations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Allocate resources effectively; plan for team bandwidth, turnover, and continuity.
- Monitor risks, ensure ISO compliance, and implement confidentiality protocols.
- Promote process improvement and identify automation opportunities.
- Encourage adoption of new tools and technologies for operational efficiency.
- Mentor and guide team members to support career development.
- Lead internal training updates and promote cross-functional upskilling.
- Ensure alignment between teams for smooth and efficient project execution.
Key Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Knowledge and minimum 5 years of practical exposure of Salesforce and other technologies
- Proficiency in Zoho Projects, Jira, Confluence, and similar tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Ability to analyze project data and deliver actionable insights.
- Experience with IT product lifecycle, client management, and team mentoring.
