Job Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Growth & Strategy Consultant who will play a key role in expanding Cyntexa’s footprint in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate should have first-hand experience working alongside Salesforce Account Executives or within Salesforce ecosystem-based organizations.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand, envision, and adopt Salesforce-based solutions. You will be expected to support both strategic and tactical engagements, offering functional or technical guidance where needed to ensure successful outcomes. Your contributions will directly influence client acquisition, relationship management, and regional market expansion.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is entrepreneurial, client-focused, and ready to be the face of Cyntexa in the U.S.

Educational Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in sales, business development, or account management, or any customer-facing roles, preferably in a Salesforce ecosystem
- A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- Certifications in the related field are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development efforts for Salesforce-related services across the industry
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects, helping them understand how Salesforce solutions can meet their business goals
- Define and execute the strategic vision for the Salesforce practice, aligning it with overall company goals.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, pre-sales, and delivery teams to support client acquisition and retention
- Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapid change environment.
- Analyze business processes and recommend Salesforce solutions to improve efficiency and achieve business objectives.
- Represent Cyntexa at local Salesforce community events, conferences, and meetups
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, opportunity pipelines, and engagement outcomes
- Support and guide discovery sessions with potential clients and translate business needs into solution roadmaps
- Drive consultative conversations with C-level stakeholders to understand their business challenges and propose relevant solutions
- Gather market insights to inform regional strategy and help shape service offerings
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
Key Skills Required
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., consulting, sales, account management)
- Willingness to travel locally across the U.S. for meetings, events, and client visits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities, assess risks, and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work independently and represent Cyntexa professionally
- Familiarity with U.S. market sales cycles and business culture
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive client-centric initiatives
- Functional or technical consulting experience with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
