You will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support.

Educational Qualification
- Proven work experience in designing, developing, customizing, and implementing solutions using any programming language like Java, C#, Python, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in the related field are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements through discovery sessions for the solution/application.
- Quickly produce well-organized, optimized, and documented source code.
- Clearly and regularly communicate with management and colleagues regarding ongoing developments.
- Design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
- Provides input in the creation of documentation (Solution design, reference guides, and training material) throughout the development process.
- Utilize your software development skills to design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the high-quality and error-free functionality of developed solutions.
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating and modifying objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
- Perform data migration and data cleansing activities as part of Salesforce implementation or integration projects.
- Mentor and lead a team of associate developers to deliver projects.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce team to support ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
- Review the code and work done by associate developers & ensure quality deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Continuously learn and grow your expertise in Salesforce by acquiring relevant certifications and staying informed about the latest Salesforce technologies and tools.
Key Skills Required
- You should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects.
- Knowledge of at least one of the backend languages (e.g. Java/Android/Dot NET/JavaScript, Python) and HTML5/CSS3
- Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC, Django, ExpressJS, Laravel, MeteorJs, etc). Very Strong understanding of My SQL and Query Scripting.
- Ability to integrate the platform with other platforms using APIs and architecting the solution
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
- Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. Awareness of the latest technologies and trends.
- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
- Patience and perseverance to overcome challenges, solve problems, and learn new computer languages and techniques.
- Proficiency in leading and mentoring individuals to maximize levels of productivity.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a globally distributed delivery setup.
- Ability to convey a message in a simple and structured manner customized to the audience and to the mode of communication.
