Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Student Counsellor to help us expand our existing base of customers. As a Student Counsellor, you will be the face of the company and are expected to strategies and implement an effective sales strategy while focusing to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.

Student Counsellors will develop marketing strategies, implement marketing plans, develop sales strategies, maintain customer relations, and create sales reports.

Ultimately, he/she will have to make sure to meet business expectations and contribute to the company’s rapid and sustainable growth.


Compensation: The compensation will depend upon the experience and caliber you possess.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or similar fields can be a plus.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or similar roles would be preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software can be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and research.
  • Researching and developing market opportunities and plans.
  • Promoting the batches on different Social media platforms by preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and answering their queries about different courses.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising strategies.
  • Maintaining client relations and handling complaints.
  • Conducting extensive research on competitors’ products and services and analyzing the data to use it in the best of the organization’s interest.
  • Updating databases and using a Student Management System ( SMS ) and Learning Management System ( LMS ).
  • Conducting research and analyzing data to identify the appropriate market area and approach the target audiences.
  • Taking calls and converting potential leads into clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are getting the right services along with after-sales service if required.
  • Reviewing client’s feedback and implementing necessary changes from time to time.
