Being a technical lead, you are required to guide the technical team to effectively carry out software development, suggest improvements and keep the team motivated and focused on what needs to be done.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or related field
- Proven experience as a technical lead or a similar role, with strong experience in software technology and it’s development
- Knowledge of programming languages
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop accurate and efficient software that aligns with the client’s requirements
- Use your in-depth knowledge and understanding of the programming languages to deliver software solutions.
- Research and prepare for new technology (something that is new to Cyntexa) if the client mentioned in the requirement.
- Understanding detailed requirements and developing detailed and efficient structure
- Obtain authorization for the proposed architectural solution prior to showcasing it to the client.
- POC creation, review and ownership
- Provide technical input to BA for creation of Scope of Work (proposal), technical diagrams and other pre-sales documents.
- Team allocation for projects in pre-sales and post-sales
- Prepare technical solutions before each sprint for the development team
- Establish and promote software development standards, best practices, and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software solutions
- Drive unit testing, test automation and continuous delivery practices to ensure software quality and reliability
- Make sure the best coding practices and standards are being followed throughout the engineering department
- Perform code reviews and generate reports.
- To resolve the issues raised by the juniors and making sure that everything is under control
- Hire qualified technical team members and train them for skill enhancement
- Collaborate with the team members to identify and fix technical issues and problems
- Develop and plan the project stages to ensure highest quality, regularly creating goals for the team, both long and short term for efficient and smooth delivery of software and applications
- Routinely conduct security audits to identify areas of improvement
- Supervise team members through technical challenges and guide system modifications
- Regularly identifying and mentoring new leaders
- Oversee the end-to-end project management process, including requirements gathering, project planning, resource allocation, task prioritization, and milestone tracking.
- Act as a technical point of contact for clients, translating their business requirements into technical solutions and providing insights into technical feasibility and trade-offs.
- Review and maintain technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams, system design documents, and technical guidelines, to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Promote and implement agile methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices to ensure a streamlined and efficient development process.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and areas of optimization within the software and lead efforts to enhance system performance.
- Continuously evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks that can enhance the team’s productivity, code quality, and scalability.

- Ability to address conflicts and challenges within the team and with stakeholders in a constructive and diplomatic manner considering technical constraints, business goals, and project timelines.
