Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Cyntexa. As a UI/UX Designer, you will have a pivotal role in designing user interfaces that are both intuitive and visually appealing. Your primary focus will be on developing seamless user experiences, incorporating valuable user feedback, and ensuring that the functionality of our applications aligns seamlessly with user needs.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, perceptive, and captivating designs.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
- Having a strong understanding of software development principles, coding languages (such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Hands-on experience through internships, projects, or relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- Prepare design documentation, including design rationale, style guides, and UI specifications.
- Analyze user feedback and incorporate insights to improve design solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design user flows and interactions that enhance the overall user experience.
- Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces aligned with the overall brand aesthetic.
- Present and articulate design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and contribute to the development of design systems.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
- Create high-fidelity mock-ups and design assets.
- Conduct usability testing to validate and refine design solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Key Skills Required
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles, user experience concepts, and design thinking methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and enhancement of user experience
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and iconography.
- Experience developing and maintaining design systems for consistency across digital products.
- Adapt to changing project requirements and work comfortably in agile or iterative environments.
- Design thinking approach with a focus on solving real user problems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding the Salesforce Lightning Design System would be a plus.
- Have a keen eye for detail to ensure pixel-perfect designs and a high-quality user experience.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
