Job Summary
We are looking for an outstanding Web Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and content creators, to bring innovative web solutions to life. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for web development and a strong understanding of industry best practices.
You will also be responsible for the appearance of the site and technical aspects, such as site speed and how much traffic the site can handle. You may also create site content that requires technical features.
In order for you to succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and have solid knowledge and experience in programming applications.

Educational Qualification
- In-depth knowledge of any 1 programming language is a must .
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web projects.
- Certifications in the related field is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Expertise in scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media.
- Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
- Maintain and update existing websites, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
- Editing, writing, or designing Website content to ensure the integration of visual and written content by directing team members who produce content.
- Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups.
- Ensuring timely back up of files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.
- Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
- Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills Required
- Proficiency in front-end web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript or Ruby on Rails
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is highly desirable.
- A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
- Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming, and web application development
- Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices.
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and web development tools (e.g., IDEs, package managers).
