The client wants us to implement a system with which they can convert more customers and provide better service. To make this procedure much progressive they want to create salesforce application and in that implementation of:

- Delayed Customer Support: They are Looking for a solution that will help the customers in getting a quicker response for the product related queries.
- Inventory Management: With the multiple stores running around in different geographical locations, it sometimes becomes difficult to maintain inventories, their availability, and their price.
- Relevant Product Listing: On entering some keywords which are not registered with the dictionary, the application shows only “Result Not Found”. They are looking forward to showing shoppers relevant product listings in these scenarios.
