The client owns a huge Real-Eastate organization. They want to expand their business and provide enhanced user experience to their customers as well as sales agents.To accomplish this they want to set up a community which takes care of the following challenges :
- Community Setup – The client has Sales Agents to sell the properties on their website. They are now looking to set up a Community from where Sales Agents can log in and can manage their customers at various levels.
- Set permissions – They want a system wherein the Manager/Director will have the option to monitor the Sales Agents profits on various properties.
- Setup roles – Also, they wanted a feature where users having a manager/director role can take final actions on the properties.
We implemented the following solution to overcome the above challenges for our client
- Salesforce Integration with the website: We set up the integration between the Salesforce and the website. The leads information from the web application is shared via API to Salesforce and it gets stored in it.
