Project Challenges
Project Challenges

The client wants us to implement a system with which they can provide better service. To make this procedure much progressive they want to create Salesforce application and in that implementation of:
- Separate dashboards for their fields: They had recently purchased Einstein Analytics and they had knowledge of very few basic features of Einstein Analytics. They had three fields: the Development team, the pilot team, and the service team. They wanted separate dashboards for all the fields and hands-on maximum features which can help them out in their business.
- Data management: The Sales team had requested a dataset with only open opportunities that categorizes deals into small, medium, and large.
- The problem in analyzing the opportunities: The Sales team needed a dataset available to them to analyze opportunities. At times they needed those opportunities to be broken out by SIC code.
- Problem in tracking the leads: Their marketing team wanted to track qualified Leads using Einstein Analytics.
- Maintaining the case and account data: Their Support team needed a dataset that contains Case and Account data. They needed this dataset to update daily.
- Problem in managing the records: They were looking for a way by which users can open, add tasks and notes to records directly from Einstein Analytics. Their Users were complaining about too many clicks to get to the actual records in Salesforce.
- A quick snapshot: Their sales team wanted a Year-to-Date Snapshot dashboard for their team. They preferred to use pre-built Salesforce templates as the base for the dashboard.
- Dull dashboards: They had 5 pre-built dashboards that did not look great on their mobile devices. They wanted to update the dashboards so that they can be displayed better on mobile.
- Problem in analyzing the sales data: They wanted to use the SAQL Sales Stage Delta Analysis dashboard to display the delta percentage and delta number for the sales department.
- Too many groupings on the dashboard: The VP of their sales operations requested multiple groupings on dashboards. Having multiple chart widgets that are grouping the same dataset could cause performance issues, plus take up a lot of space.
