The client wants us to implement a system with which they can provide better service. To make this procedure much progressive they want to create Salesforce application and in that implementation of:
- Unconsolidated customer data: They were not able to find a way to establish proper engagements with their customers. The customer data was loosely scattered in the system, which made it difficult for their agents to understand the needs of their customers.
- No data on customer behavior: They did not have data which helped them advise them their customers on how to use the services. They were really concerned about when to take the right action, with the right customers, at the right time.
- Data Transfer Problems: They were not able to figure out how to export their device data in the format of their choice.
- Issues in maintaining the code: They had to pay a fat amount to their IT department to maintain the code of their system. They were troubled with their frequent trips to the IT department for code related issues.
We implemented the following solution to overcome the above challenges for our client
- Setup Customer Devices Profiles: Using the Salesforce IoT cloud, we created complete customer devices profiles. The data received from customer’s connected devices helped to improve customer management and facilitated engagement with them. Sensors receive real-time data and transmit the same to keep the customer profiles updated.
