About the Company

Our esteemed client is a US based glass manufacturer whose bestselling products are solar control and fire resisitance glass. They supply their products to various businesses and also directly to customers, across the country and accross Canada. They provide additional services as well like glass polishing, servicing and maintenance.

The client demanded customized dashboard solution for different business operations like Sales, service and marketing.


Our client faced various challenges for which they wanted a customizable solution.

They requested to implement different dashboards for different business operations like sales, marketing, service and a seperate dashboard for administration. Each dashboard should be capable of showing multiple comparisons.

Focusing on the sales dashboard, they wanted to analyze the sales performance, to facilitate data driven decision making. The client demanded a comparative analysis between the accounted and un-accounted data and between the targeted and actual sales done.

Moving further, to restrict the irrelevant users from accessing the dashboard, the client requested to implement filters which should be hidden or locked.

At last, the client wanted their users to access these dashboards through tehir smartphones with all the reports available.


After gaining an understanding of all the challenges faced by our client, we implemented Einstein Dashboard to cater all of them. It is a cloud-based solution which helps businesses to create interactive dashboards with analytical capabilities. This helps the users to get a better understanding of their data and where improvements are required.

We started by creating smart dashboards focusing on the sales, marketing and admin departments. It is easy to customize charts and graphs based on the data and requirements of the user.

To allow only the admin to access the dashboard and perform changes onto it, we created a global filter which is hidden by the users, so they can only view their respective departments’ dashboard.

Moving further, the admin dashboard was designed in a way where they can perform comparison between data just by a click on the widgets and according to their requirements. It also included a country map to show sales from different regions, in a percentage of revenue generated to focus on areas resulting in maximum sales.

For the sales department, two dashboards were created. One focused on performing the comparison between the current and expected revenue. The other dashboard catered diffierent comparisons and the source of sales.

Empowering the mobile utility, we customized each dashboard for most versions of smartphones which made it easy for the users to access them anytime, anywhere.
