Following are the challenges which they were facing:
- Lack of request handling: It was very difficult to handle a huge number of requests as all the information was gathered under various objects. The average client handling time was more, which resulted in a loss of revenue.
- CPQ was not correctly implemented, it took a lot of time to gather the information about the past order and if there was a request to create a new offer then it was not done efficiently.
We implemented the following solution to overcome the above challenges for our client
- Capture and validate the new requests: Vlocity allows us to move, add, create and delete the requests based on the required service, and the received request is also checked on the basis of service request.
