The client wants us to implement a system with which they can provide better service. To make this procedure much progressive they want to create Salesforce application and in that implementation of:

  • Information management: They wanted a custom page for clients and documents information so that they can store the information of their clients in a better way.
  • Tab for data collection: They needed a tab option for client and document data collection so that their executives can switch from one page to another easily and faster without any hassle.
  • Documents management: They required a page where they can create and show all documents in a table with delete and edit options to make the management of documents easier.
  • Management of client records: They needed a page where they can create a client record with related documents.
  • Separate page to view client information: They wanted to show all clients’ records in a table with the option to open a client record on a different page which shows all the client-related information and documents in a list view with the option to edit, download or delete the document.
