The client wants us to implement a system with which they can provide better service. To make this procedure much progressive they want to create Salesforce application and in that implementation of:
- Proper organization of data: They have 5 main branches around the USA and have collaboration with more than 70 Parks, zoos, and forest departments. They wanted to have 5 different sections for their branches to maintain their activities.
- Location Management: They wanted a completely organized way to maintain data of each bear with their current location tracking from within Salesforce. They have already installed a GRP tracker in every bear in the country.
- Maintaining the information: They wanted to track the information and maintain data of each and every bear in the country. They wanted that each bear should have an entry in the database.
- Analytical View: They wanted to have a complete analytical view of the growth of bears and the oldest bears in the country.
- Customizable solution: They wanted to have a future upgradeable solution, so if they require changes in the near future they can easily do updates in the present system.
