The client wants us to implement a system with which they can provide better service. To make this procedure much progressive they want to create Salesforce application and in that implementation of:
- Service Cloud Implementation – The customer was looking to implement Salesforce Service Cloud and want to migrate its customer service platform to Salesforce.
- Management tool – The Customer wanted to make a management tool like structure in Salesforce that would permit all information to be accessible by their Sales, Service Delivery, Finance, and Executive teams.
- Case management – The Customer also needed a case management system where they could create, manage, track, and report their client inquiries.
We implemented the following solution to overcome the above challenges for our client
- Service console – With the implementation of the service console, the customer has the ability to view conveniently each case. With the functionality to showcase state and history, the service console describes their client’s account information
