The customer is a leading provider of cloud computing services in the US. They develop intelligent automation and networking applications for Software-Defined Wide Area Networks. They deliver high-security, high-data transfer capacity, and real-time applications that are required in the present workforce.

Project Challenges

The client wants us to implement a system with which they can provide better service. To make this procedure much progressive they want to create Salesforce application and in that implementation of:

  • Service Cloud Implementation – The customer was looking to implement Salesforce Service Cloud and want to migrate its customer service platform to Salesforce.
  • Management tool – The Customer wanted to make a management tool like structure in Salesforce that would permit all information to be accessible by their Sales, Service Delivery, Finance, and Executive teams.
  • Case management – The Customer also needed a case management system where they could create, manage, track, and report their client inquiries.
