About the client

Our client operates a car rental business that offers various car rental services across the United Kingdom. They had been leveraging Salesforce to manage their car rental business operations. The company’s primary objective was to cater to the largest audience possible with its car rental services across Europe. However, the existing inefficient payment platform made it challenging for the client to achieve the set goals. Challenges:

Since the client is dealing with car rental services for multiple locations, that’s why they encounter a payment processing challenge. 

The client’s primary issue is currency exchange rates because they must leverage a reliable payment gateway. They could not accept different currency payment modes, leading to deviating from the efforts to expand his car rental service business across Europe.

Secondly, the client was vigilant about payment fraud when dealing with global payments. Hence, he was seeking a solution with robust fraud detection systems to prevent fraudulent transactions.
