The client uses Salesforce application for data coordination which is 2-route sync between its online accounting system and Salesforce. The client needs to build its own application to sync it’s organization’s data with Salesforce.
- Third party platform cost – They were relying on a third-party app for their business and it was very costly. They were worried about the security of data as they were using a third-party app.
- Manual efforts – There was a lot of manual effort using excel sheets to import the data in the Xero app.
- Customized application – Their goal was to build an in house app and not depend upon a subscription-based third party application.
- Data sync – They were facing problems in syncing the data between Xero & Salesforce.
We implemented the following solution to overcome the above challenges for our client
- Implementing Salesforce Integration – We helped the client to build a private authentication method for Xero integration with Salesforce.We did customization to reduce the manual effort of importing excel sheets in Xero.
