Wipro To Acquire Salesforce Partner 4C For 68 Million Euros

Indian IT firm Wipro is approaching the 4C the independent Salesforce platinum partner. The firm is acquiring 4C for 68 million euros ( $78).
This is the second acquisition since the CEO Thierry Delaporte took over this on 6th July 2020. The transaction is expected to be completed by September 30. The last week, on 14th July, Wipro announced the acquisition of Brazil-based firm IVIA Servicos de Informatica for $22.4 Million.
On Thursday, Wipro Ltd said it has signed an agreement to acquire 4C, which is one of the largest Salesforce partners in Europe, UL, and the Middle East for 68 million euros. It is seen that Wipro wants to expand in Europe and middle east countries.

Wipro acquires 4C for Salesforce practice, which provides solutions around several Salesforce clouds and products.

This is the second acquisition, and 2 acquisitions in 2 weeks make Wipro’s vision clearer towards Salesforce. This strategy includes the growth of the Wipro by building on its strength and expanding services by focusing on digital. As Delaporte Said, he wants to build on strength and focus specifically to come up with a competitive advantage.
