Actimo was founded in 2012 with the goal of helping companies connect with their mobile-first employees in an effective manner. The Actimo platform is used by enterprise customers around the globe to train, motivate, and communicate with their employees.

In September 2020, Actimo was acquired by Kahoot!, the world’s leading game-based learning platform. As part of the Kahoot! Group Actimo will work together to create innovative solutions for employee engagement that redefine corporate learning across the globe.

Challenges

  • An Improved Understanding Of Leads: The lead generation process at Actimo relied heavily on Google Analytics. Actimo was looking for additional ways that can give them more insights about their prospects to help their team convert more leads into their customers.
  • Lead Scoring: Actimo wants to create a system for lead scoring where each lead is scored on the basis of their likelihood of c conversion.
  • Defining Events and Goals: To create optimum customer insights, it was paramount to understand what Salesforce CRM events are to be tracked and implement those goals in Google Analytics.

Solutions

Actimo established hidden fields for additional customer information and Pardot for lead scoring.

 

  • Established Hidden Field – Hidden fields were established for each form on Actimo’s website that collect additional information about the prospect. Now Actimo has a detailed understanding of prospects’ journey from the initial touchpoint to the continent they explore and how many times they visited.
  • Pardot for Lead Scoring – We have implemented the Pardot to help Actimo with their lead scoring system, so they prioritize the leads according to their likelihood of conversion.
  • Customer Journey Tracking in Salesforce – We have established the UTM parameters to help Actimo keep track of customer journeys from origin to every stage.
