Challenges
- Inefficient Database Management: The entire external data was stored in the BigQuery database, but managing leads and keeping track of them in Sales Cloud was causing chaos between the two platforms.
- Data Redundancy and Delayed Data Sync: Due to the lack of synchronization between the Sales Cloud and BigQuery database, multiple duplicate entries were generated, causing delays in data synchronization and leaving agents with outdated information.
- Lack of SMS Functionality Establishing effective communication with customers through easily accessible channels proved challenging for them. As a solution, they needed to integrate SFCC with SFMC and enable SMS functionality.
