Yes Please! Coffee is a family-owned and operated business running for almost 16 years. Their Key business practice apart from selling coffee pods is partnering with companies in Washington state like Homegrown, Grounds For Change, Smith Tea Makers, etc. to name a few.

They have also tapped into selling pod subscriptions from coffee beans grown in different parts of the world and have tie-ups with different farmers.

Challenges

• Taking over from existing system: A system was already in place, but they wanted to switch to SFCC and take advantage of the commerce cloud’s resources and capabilities.
• A poorly designed user interface: Due to the poorly designed current website of Yes Please, it was contemplated to create a more dynamic and engaging UI which incorporated improvements to static content.
• Streamlining the checkout process: Yes Please want to improve the checkout experience for its customers by including proper tracking of systems. They also want an online payment system with integrated subscription functionality.
