Mitingu lets event organizers create a visually appealing, professional-looking event website, track attendance, and use powerful email and messaging tools.

Challenges

  • No dedicated platform for managing events: Mitingu lacked a dedicated platform for managing events, hindering their scalability and their ability to meet customer needs.
  • Outdated customer information: Not having up-to-date customer information lead Mitingu to ineffective marketing campaigns and missed opportunities for engagement and retention.
  • Manually managing the leads for campaigning: Manual lead management is a challenge, time-consuming, prone to errors, and taking away valuable time from other aspects of the campaign.

Efficiently manage events, execute campaigns, and establish seamless synchronization between Salesforce Sales Cloud and Mitingu using the Salesforce Managed Package.

 

  • Managed Package – We created a managed package in Salesforce to manage events in the CRM, helping teams stay organized and be more productive.
  • Field Mapping Page – We developed a page that enabled the mapping of fields between Mitingu custom objects and Salesforce Objects.
  • Reports and Dashboards – Reports and dashboards were created from various event data, making it easier to view and interpret. This allows for quicker decision-making and more efficient use of resources.
  • One-Way Sync – We created a one-way synchronization between Mitingu and Salesforce to get campaign details such as the venue, and description.
  • Campaign Records – Creating records from lead and contact email addresses improves visibility and tracking of campaign progress.
