Overview

Aracar Group is an AI-driven platform that connects consumers, dealerships, and lenders that sells auto loans. Aracar introductory offers two types of loans: buy car loans and car equity loans. A new car loan is a regular loan used to purchase a car, whereas a car equity loan is a type of loan in which you use your car as collateral to borrow money. The money you receive from the loan can be used for various purposes, such as debt consolidation, travel, and more.

Challenges

• Integration and data mapping: The team faced the challenge of integrating and accurately mapping data between the ARACAR Core and Salesforce via API. They had to make sure that sales channel data received from the API was accurately assigned to the right fields in Salesforce.
• Securing and verifying sensitive data transfer: The team had to ensure a secure transfer of sensitive data between sales channels and Salesforce, and verify that the data received was accurate before it was stored in the Salesforce platform.
• Scalability and error handling: The team had to design a scalable solution to handle expanding data volume as more sales channels were added, and to prevent data loss or corruption with robust error handling measures.
