Project Challenges
Project Challenges

Following are the challenges which they were facing:
- The problem in their traditional eCommerce platform: Their standard eCommerce platform and the numerous point-to-point integrations were not providing the necessary flexibility, scalability, and performance level required to support the fast-growing business at a global level. They wanted to replace the same with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and selected MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to unify multiple systems across brands, geographies, and channels.
- Setting up the connection with SFCC: They wanted us to develop APIs to integrate the SFCC with their various back-end and front-end systems, including Warehouse Management, CRM, ERP, loyalty, POS, payment providers, etc.
- Ensuring the security of sensitive information: They wanted to implement the highest security standards, with high efficiency and monitoring, which can guarantee the business continuity of their company.

Project Solutions

We implemented the following solution to overcome the above challenges for our client
- Developed Mulesoft architecture: We understood their business requirements and the existing technical landscape to create reference architecture based on MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform. It made a 3-layered architectural model based on MuleSoft’s best practice. This 3-layer architecture provided loose-coupling, which gave the client the ability to replace any downstream systems without impacting the overall integration.
