The client faced several challenges hindering the business growth in terms of customer satisfaction, ROI on marketing campaigns, and more.

Writing good emails that all kinds of customers would like was tough. Many emails were ignored or not delivered, which meant customers were walking away. It was also hard to figure out what customers wanted and to keep up with the latest sales trends. These are big deals for any business, especially in online sales of electronic goods.

In short, the client’s main challenges were:

  • Salespeople couldn’t guess what customers might want.
  • They needed to send emails that customers would respond to.
  • They had to know if their sales campaigns were working well.


We took a close look at the client’s issues and brought in a solution that made a big difference: we integrated Pardot with Salesforce. This integration made it easier for the sales team to keep track of emails they got and sent out, all in one place.

Now, sending out custom emails is a breeze. Salespeople don’t have to switch back and forth between different systems, which saves time and makes their job easier. We also made sure the sales team had better information about potential customers by adding their details to the system. Plus, we set up a special feature called “Mailable Prospects” in Salesforce. This helps the team send emails to the right people at the right time.

We moved all the important stuff from Marketo Design Studio over to Pardot. This change means the sales team can use ready-made email templates, run campaigns, and set up landing pages without any hiccups.
