Job Summary

A Salesforce Business Consultant located in the USA who can join us and help us set up our practice in the country, assist us on client calls, and provide end-to-end services throughout the project’s lifespan.

Compensation: The compensation will depend upon the experience and caliber you possess.

Educational Qualification:

  •  MBA/PGDM, BBA,, BCA, or equivalent degree from a recognized university will be preferred. 
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successful business work exposure.
  • Certifications in the related field are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be confident in making presentations, and have the ability to work closely and collaboratively with different team members.
  • Building customer relationships and proactively exploring new sales prospects by cultivating relationships with potential clients.
  • The candidate should have the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and effectively.
  • Should be able to create new leads and communicate with clients through various channels in order to understand their demands.
  • Should be familiar with the local market and working environment and willing to work flexible hours.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
  • Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers.
  • As the candidate will be the first point of contact with the customers, they must conduct business dealings in a professional and a proactive manner and become a trusted resource for internal and external contacts.
  • Understanding nonfunctional requirements and parameters.
  • The candidate must be an absolute people person with a passion for SaaS and the technology domain
  • Documenting and analyzing the required information and data to the last detail.
  • Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
  • Positive and energetic individual with excellent listening skills and strong analytical thinking. The candidate should have outstanding attention to detail with superior organizational, time, and project management skills.
  • Ability to debate and discuss contradictory opinions and be flexible in thinking.
  • You will work closely with both sales and marketing teams to ensure we operate seamlessly to build our pipeline of business.

Key Skills Required

  • Experience: It’d be great if you have previous SaaS sales experience. However, that’s definitely not a must
  • Empathetic: One must possess strong empathy and also must care about improving business practices for our customers.
