Following are the challenges which they were facing:
- Manual Calculation: Commission that was given to the employees was calculated manually. So the whole process of calculation was becoming tedious. Manual Commissioning restricts the team from making significant changes in the formula of commissioning.
- Higher Chances Of Error: Because of manual calculation, there were high chances of errors which were leading to undesired changes of commission to their employees. The manual payroll system was leading to frustration with manual interventions. It also overloads the Accounts/HR teams with daily tedious activities.
- Cost Ineffective: The client team was looking for a better automation approach that can perform fast calculations and will be a cost-effective option for their company.
- Time-consuming when commissioning changes: Now when they were looking for options to automate their process, they often used to come across this problem of re-evaluating the rules whenever there is an alteration in commissioning calculating criteria.
- Non-Personalized Approach: The client wanted to have a feature in which they can see the performance of every employee of the last few years. They were also looking to provide a personalization approach in their solution.
